StartUPIndia is a series of conversations to create dialogue among players in the Financial Services landscape . The Reserve Bank of India on 7th August said it will allow all categories of billers except prepaid recharges under the Bharat Bill Payment system (BBPS). The BBPS currently covers billers in five segments, DTH, electricity, gas, telecom and water bills. The regulator is expected to issue detailed instructions in this regard by the end of September 2019.

Considering this will significantly expand the market opportunities and availability of data points for Fintech players, we (at Fintech Yatra) are planning a series of sessions in various cities starting with Delhi.
